Our journey
Since our establishment, Evolve Rope Access has delivered safe, compliant, and efficient solutions to complex work at height. Our focus on safety, planning, and operational control has enabled us to support a wide range of industries with consistent and reliable delivery.
Our management and supervisory team includes IRATA Level 3 Supervisors, IRATA Instructors, IOSH-certified Work at Height Managers, certified anchor installation and inspection technicians, and rigging and lifting specialists. This breadth of expertise ensures appropriate oversight, technical assurance, and professional execution on every project.
Our work spans both onshore and offshore environments, including commercial and residential buildings and Upper Tier COMAH sites. We deliver rope access solutions where traditional access methods such as scaffolding are impractical, inefficient, or disproportionate to the task.
By selecting access methods that are appropriate to the structure, environment, and scope of work, we reduce programme durations and minimise disruption to ongoing operations while maintaining high safety standards.
We support clients across multiple sectors with tailored solutions for maintenance, inspection, and rigging & lifting activities. Whether operating onshore, offshore, or in remote locations, our work is defined by structured planning, competent delivery, and consistent attention to safety and operational control.
Our mission
Our mission is to show, through the practical application of decades of experience, technical knowledge, and professional training, that supporting asset integrity objectives can be done calmly, with capable people, and well-controlled delivery.
We believe effective work at height starts with understanding the asset, the operating environment, and what the client is trying to achieve. From there, we plan carefully, manage risk properly, and carry out the work in a considered and professional way.
By combining experience-led decision making with disciplined planning and execution, we help clients protect asset condition, maintain compliance, and achieve reliable outcomes they can have confidence in.

Complete access solutions across multiple sectors
Evolve Rope Access provides a comprehensive range of access-led services, including rigging and lifting operations, inspections, surveys, and at-height training. We support clients across a wide range of sectors, from commercial and residential buildings to Upper Tier COMAH sites.
Our experience enables us to manage complex scopes of work where access, safety, and operational constraints must be carefully balanced. Whether supporting glazing installation, maintenance activities, or complex confined space work, our focus is on controlled delivery, compliance, and dependable outcomes.
No-obligation pre-start site visits
Our no-obligation pre-start site visits allow us to understand the work scope, the structure and the operating environment. This enables hazards and risk to be identified and controlled before work begins.
This typically includes:
- Site-specific hazard identification
- Anchor point assessment
- Debris and dropped-object risk management
- Environmental and operational factor assessment
- Rescue planning and verification
- Third-party protection
